Adaptis was established by our Managing Director, Sara Burks, to provide business training and consultancy solutions that really make an impact on how people perform in their jobs.
Our company mission is to deliver practical, inspiring, training and consultancy solutions based on best practices that have been identified from our international perspective.
Our consultants and trainers have all been managers in their previous careers which gives us a 'real world' approach to all our training.
