Follow Through
It is essential that management training investment, like any other business investment, gives a good return. For this to be the case, it is clear that those involved in our programmes must develop new skills, acquire greater knowledge and adapt their behaviour to meet the model of competence that is desired by our client.
Adaptis believe in designing management training that will work. However, we recognise that in the majority of cases, it is not possible for individuals to simply attend a business training course and then be expected to fully adapt their learning into their everyday work environment however well motivated they might be. We therefore recommend a follow-through training programme be put into place involving on-job coaching, feedback and further development training.
This follow-through is an essential part of Adaptis service to our clients and is one of the key reasons that our management training programmes are successful.
