Adaptis was established by Managing Director, Sara Burks, to provide business learning and consultancy solutions that really make an impact on how people perform in their jobs.
The majority of the current Adaptis team have been working together since 1997, forming strong partnerships with clients and developing and delivering solutions to many of these over several years.
Our business has developed primarily through referrals from our existing clients who tell us that they like our pragmatic approach and ability to adapt best practice models to suit their individual organisation's needs.Our consultants and trainers have all been managers in their previous careers which gives us a 'real world' approach to our consultancy work and to the learning and development activities that we deliver.
