We aim to provide high quality consultancy and training through continuous improvement of our standards and performance. We are committed to meeting the needs of all our clients by providing excellent consultancy, learning and development solutions, and ongoing support to clients, employees and associates.
Managing People and Resources:
- The people designing and delivering development solutions are reviewed regularly for capability and performance
- Consultants are selected for particular projects based on their expertise, experience and fit for the clients company culture
- Clients are made aware, through the Adaptis website and other appropriate channels, of the range of services available
Managing Clients Requirements:
- Client enquiries are handled promptly and flexibly
- Client requirements are fully explored and the primary business drivers understood in order to develop solutions that are tailored to business needs
- When we are unable to meet a clients specific needs, this is clearly stated and an alternative solution suggested
- Proposals that meet client requirements are developed based on current best practices for the clients industry and on Adaptis consultants experience and expertise
- Proposals are made that take full consideration of any preferences and/or limiting factors presented by the client
Training Delivery:
- The Consultants delivering training solutions are fully briefed on the clients requirements and project background before any delivery
- All learning and development delivery is evaluated at the end of each course or programme through participant evaluation form completion. This feedback is then used by the Consultant to identify any areas for improvement and is also passed on to the client
- The clients feedback on learning solution delivery is sought and acted on promptly when appropriate.
Client Relationships:
- The objectives for the project defined at the outset are reviewed with the client upon completion of each project, in order to identify any required next steps
- The relationship with the client is actively managed to maintain contact at an appropriate level
- Client confidentiality is maintained at all times and company sensitive information fully protected
Continuous Improvement:
- Performance in regard to satisfying clients and winning repeat business is reviewed at regular intervals to ensure implementation of any identifiable improvements in services delivered
- Consultants regularly undertake personal development activities that enhance services delivered to current and future clients
- New methods of delivering learning and development solutions are regularly explored and incorporated into solutions offered to clients, as appropriate
- The range and content of development solutions continues to evolve and improve.
