In a recruitment situation it can be difficult to judge whether a person can really perform against the demands of a role. By providing a simulated situation with real life case studies and decisions, we can assess the person directly against the job role.

Equally, participants will know that by giving them a real chance to perform, your organisation has treated them fairly and they have had an insight into what it would be like to work within your business.

  • Work samples
  • Ability and trainability tests
  • Personality profiling (e.g. 16 PF5, MBTI, Thomas International’s PPA)
  • Competency based interviewing
