Online Learning

Adaptis are happy to offer our clients an online learning service tailored to your needs.  We offer the following approaches:

Option 1:  We can offer your employees a library of generic courses that can be accessed using a password via our website - currently available titles include: Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Managing your own Career, Be Assertive!, Managing Difficult People, Project Management.

Option 2:  We can provide a suite or  library of online courses that are branded with your logo and are adapted to reflect your business environment (for example, case studies and exercises are written using your own jargon). 

The courses can be accessed from your own intranet site and are written to your own specification.  You may decide, for example, to hold online modules for new Managers to learn about the application of your Company Policies which may include a knowledge test to check their learning.

Option 3.  We can add a blended learning aspect to classroom training.  This reduces the time needed in the classroom and allows for greater flexibility from participants in learning, at a time and place convenient to themselves. So, for example, we might include the Employment Law aspects of Recruiting and Selecting to be covered online prior to attendance at a classroom module that covers the skills on interviewing.
