So one of the team drafts out an approach, starting with the outcomes, proposing appropriate ways of learning, interactive, enjoyable exercises and brings that all to the table for us to critique as a whole team. When we meet, whoever has met the client will give some insight into the type of organisation the training is for, not just what they do but how they do it, their values, aims, culture etc. Then we discuss, debate, argue, and come out with what we think is the right content for that client. Away we go to refine and get all materials together and thats that.
