Assessment Centres
Adaptis develop assessment centres designed to obtain the best possible indication of peoples actual or potential competence to perform in a job role. You may need to use them for either:
- Selection of new employees in a recruitment situation
- Development of existing employees into target jobs and business functions
Assessment centres are able to give information about the participants current or potential competence. Our assessment centres combine a range of assessment techniques so that the fullest and clearest indication of competence is achieved. Our assessors are qualified to Level A and B and typical tools used include psychometric profiling, aptitude testing, competency based interviewing, observed group exercises and candidate feedback. Additionally, we may include exercises, that get participants to carry out simulations of the work of the target job, with assessment against competencies that are vital for high performance in that job.
There is no fixed content list for an assessment centre; we will work with you to design one that will meet the specific needs of your organisation.
