Our coaching is conducted by appropriately experienced management coaches, who will work with you on your agenda. Coaching seeks to understand your priorities and uncover what is happening now. It then provides the space and environment for you to develop a way forward. Our questions encourage positive, creative thinking and break down invisible barriers to progress. This clears the way to exploring options and identifying concrete steps to achieving success.
If you require team coaching, for example to uncover a shared vision, identify productive team behaviours or to deal with conflict within the team, we will work with the team as a whole. Where appropriate, we use the SDIŽ tool to facilitate increased understanding of what drives others in the team to behave the way they do and to recognise and respond to unproductive conflicts that may arise.
