Competency Frameworks and Performance Review

 

If your organisation’s competency framework is out of date, or not yet defined, it is well worth investing time and energy in developing one that really works. A well-defined set of competencies that are recognised as valid by employees serves to set guidelines for recruiting, reviewing, rewarding and promoting individuals within the organisation and helps to achieve company goals.

We work within organisations to develop competency frameworks that are aligned to the organisation’s goals and values and which are fully contributed by managers and their teams in order to gain buy-in to their applications within the company.

Workshops are held to gather input from across the organisation and then outputs validated by representative groups. We then can assist in developing interview questions and performance review processes that assess individuals against these definitions.
