Design and delivery of training
Following agreement to the proposal and any amendments required, Adaptis spend time within the organisation, speaking to those that will be involved in the training and their managers, to familiarise ourselves with the company culture, jargon and current performance standards.
Based on our discussions, the training is then designed, taking into account the predominant learning styles of participants and incorporating relevant exercises and case studies to ensure the effectiveness of the course/s.
The training is delivered in an enjoyable, highly participative style, incorporating a range of methodologies and culminating in the development of personal action plans for change.
